확인도 안하고 진료를 먼저하고 집에 오는길에 전화로 정부 커버가 안되니 돌아와서 결제를 하라고 연락이 왔네요. 정기적으로 계속 다녔고 30여분 잠깐의 진료에 할인 받아서 541불 , 진료내용을 보니 너무 화가 나서 전화를 걸어 조목조목 물어보고 했는데 ,싸우고 싶었지만 그간 잘 다니던 곳인데 ... 첫째로 이곳의 문제는 사전 미확인 실수 두번째 진료비 과다한 청구 세번째 1불이라도 환불 못해주겠다는 태도 이런 이유등등으로 이제 여기보다는 다른곳을 가야할거 같아요. 아무리 그래도 이건 아니다 싶어서요.

I didn't even check, I got medical treatment first, and on the way home, I got a phone call telling me to come back and make the payment because the government coverage was not working. I went regularly and got a discount for 30 minutes for a brief treatment, so I got a discount of $541. When I saw the details of the treatment, I was so angry that I called and asked them all over the phone. Excessive billing for medical bills The attitude that I can't refund even the third dollar. Anyway, I don't think this is it.
I leave one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 치과치료에 대해서 물어보는데 하기 싫으면 딴데서 하라는 태도가 일품이네요. 카운터 보시는 분은 치과의사 부인분이신거 같은데 환자를 대하는 자세를 좀 고치셔야 될 것 같아요. 물건 사는것도 아니고 내 몸 치료하는 건데 질문이 많은게 당연한거 아닌가요. 초면에만 친절한 티 내다가 조금만 자기 성미에 안맞으면 태도가 싹 바뀌는데 당신 때문에 치과의사 남편분도 덩달아 신뢰가 안 간다는 건 알아두시길.
He asks about dental treatment, but if he doesn't want to do it, he has an attitude of asking someone else to do it. The person looking at the counter seems to be the dentist's wife, but I think you need to change your attitude toward patients. It's not about buying things, it's about treating my body, so it's not natural to have a lot of questions. You show kindness only at the first meeting, and if you don't match your temper just a little bit, your attitude will change completely.

After visiting so many different dentists, Dr. Cha is best option for you because he knows, have great skillset, very kind, and most important thing is no over charging fees. I definetly recommend Dr. Cha.

He pursue his doctor pride, believes rather than money.

The way he cares about human's natural teeth as a living organism was the most impressive thing to me. Once he gains more experience with elderly patients, he will become the best doctor ever. Also his staff members were very gentle and professional. I give 5 stars to this clinic. Highly recommended!
