★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved working space environment, helpfull employees. They listen what you have to say and advise accordingly. Parking can be a issue sometime depend what time of the day you going and again queue line also can piss you off depends what other plans you have that day with that visit but once you got your number you won't be disappointed . Keep up good work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Andrea Klaver in January 2020 to cancel my home insurance policy, as it would no longer meet the deductible required by my strata. She emailed that it wouldn't be a problem and she would leave some documents for me to sign. When I went there, the member of staff at the desk had no idea what documents she had left and said that wasn't something they regularly did.
Fast forward to May 2020, I do not hear from Andrea again until she sends me a registered letter (which I am charged $11 for) notifying me that I now have to pay $177 to cancel or be sent to collections.
I would have preferred that Andrea took the time to send me the cancellation documents via registered mail back in January rather than 5 months later after accruing a fee. I would gladly have paid $11 to receive the documents in January.
I would like to believe that this is simply an oversight on Andrea's part rather than a deliberate waste of my time.
I find myself overall dissatisfied with Andrea's professionalism, lack of initiative, and client care.
