You expect your results at 12:15 the following day, in fact it’s the following evening 12 pm at night. $159 dollars down the drain, had to spend another $89 at the airport to get Covid test results back in time before flight left. If you are doing a 24 hour test DO NOT do next day turnaround with this company. Their disclaimer on the site is 11:59 PM, you WILL NOT GET YOUR TEST RESULTS BACK IN TIME FOR FLIGHT! Be aware! Called the company, yes the representative was very sorry but eager to point out the disclaimer. The pharmacy I went thru said they received ALOT of angry call backs from customers.
s	saranghaeyo007 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked one month before my travel.That country doesn’t require that pcr test . And I cancelled one month before,still they charged me refund fee. I am not happy with their service.I don’t recommend that place at all. They need to more flexible to the clients .

What asshat puts "next day" the set the deadline at 11:59pm, literally 1 minute before it becomes a 3 days process. What the hell. If an air line requires you to have a PCR test 48 hrs before ur flight, this creates a misleading and confusing situation. Since, u would only have a 12 hour window since up to 36 hours can be spent for this "next day" results. It is misleading and if you see "next day" take it with a grain of salt
L	Lynn M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service, would use again. I sent a few emails asking questions before booking tests and I always received a very prompt and complete reply. Our tests, PCR were done around 1430 and results were received initially around noon the next day, through care compass (Life Labs) and then a bit later with an email from Rockdoc. The office is a medical clinic/pharmacy, so that is what you are looking for, not a office with the name Rockdoc. Thanks!
