They charged me, didnβt deliver a result and refused to make a refund. Leave asap and save your money and get away from missing testing result at LAST SECOND.

β β β β β I was very pleased with the efficiency of this clinic. I was not told to bring my passport, which was upsetting when I arrived, but it was verified when I provided it later.

β β β β β Well I fainted flat out due to my needle phobia and she kindly woke me back up and gave me a lollipop so 10/10 for customer service! Next time I will due a consult before discussing all the needles I should get for an hour before my shot ;), Iβll be back!

β β β β β It was very bad experience with this company, I was a flight to Russia costing@ $3000 and given sample for covid test on 31.03.2022 and they have to provide me results on next day at 3 PM. With I travel to there clinic for report the are not Respond me properly, later on I call there office and they answer me that we are sorry we cannot provide you results today and I missed my flight. It was really very bad experience with them

β β β β β excellent. was in and out super fast :) didn't know they would need my passport number and had it locked away at home so i couldn't call for the number, but the woman who helped me simply let me go home and email it to her afterwards with no hassle. super helpful with informing me of when restrictions would change/end as well, and the antigen test itself was quick and painless! yes it's quite pricey, but for a test to travel when there are travel advisories, i wouldn't really expect anything else.

β β β β β I have serious concerns about the at home COVD 19 rapid test kit (which included video for travel to US). The FDA does not recommend using this particular test kit. I am trying to find out if this company is legit or a scam. Canadian Travel Clinic website never shows the kit they send out. The kit came immediately; but I had no idea what brand or specific test kit they were sending out. This should have been a red flag to me. The lady at the Calgary office assured me someone would reply to my concerns today. Nope. I will ask my credit card to look into a fraudulent product being charge, and go elsewhere. It all looks a bit questionable to me.

β β β β β The service was excellent. The person I dealt with was very pleasant and knew exactly what she was doing. if I had a need to do this again I would certainly use Cdn Travel Clinic again. Pleasant experience.
