V	Victor Hsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsidian has been instrumental in organizing our Strata from the mess that was left by our previous management company. Their responsiveness has been top notch with multiple replies daily. The other negative comments appear to be left by renters so legally, they should complain to their landlords, not the management company. Obsidian can be strict with their rules, which as a Strata President, is exactly how I want them to act. Delays are likely caused by waiting for the Strata Council to approve the changes before Obsidian can act as they don't always answer right away during their volunteer hours. While this can make actions take longer than you'd like, it's better than the management company acting unilaterally and making the wrong decision, which, unfortunately our previous management companies have done. I would recommend Obsidian without hesitation.

I had to call multiple times and was given multiple promises from your team. It took more than 3 weeks to install. If they had managed my expectations better I would not have left this review. My review had nothing to do with my strata. It had to do with the fact your team made promises to me and then didn't keep them. Also where are you getting 2 days from, it took you WEEKS to resolve this.

You can read the reviews below and how Sean responds to negativity. Instead of improving his business, he takes it out on people that are not satisfied with the work that his company is providing
A	Andrew Lehman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to this company for 4 months for repairs, I received one original response they will look into it 3 days after my original email, I have followed up 6 times since the one response and have received 0 replies. I have practically bagged for an update or permission, or to do the repairs myself, zero communication. This is not the company you want to hire if you ae looking for communication, respect or professionalism.

Edit: to reply to what you have written, my calls are related to booking the clubhouse. If you had answered my call (instead of sending it to voicemail many times), you would have known that. Thank you for taking the time to reply to a google review instead of returning my calls.

No response when I inquire, no response from the building caretaker except “plumber couldn’t fix it yet”, responding at their leisure sometimes days later. incorrect email address for Darren Earle (Strata Residential Manager according to the information I was given), immediately bounces back. Darren’s phone has gone directly to voicemail the past couple days, and he has not responded to me over text. Building caretaker refuses to answer when I ask who is contracted for this project. Huge failure as a property management company to allow residents to go without adequate hot water for over two weeks.
