★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to highlight that Globalduniya team were pleasant to work with and helped me book tickets for a family member. I had an airline related issue post booking and the team specially James went out of their way in working with the airline in getting this issue resolved and I am a very happy customer. I liked the fact that the team took care of helping the customer instead of leaving them on their own even when the issue was not related to them. Most others would not have done the same. I have not seen this level of commitment from other travel agencies to help customers. Truly recommend their services based on my own personal experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a fair experience with ticketing agencies in the past years, but my experience with Globalduniya was incredible that I wished I could give them a ten star.
For the best part of it, my experience with James seems as if we've known each other for years, because it was 100% relational, and not transactional
I recommend Globalduniya as the best ticketing agency in Surrey area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this company to ask them to help me book a trip to Montreal for this July 2022. I always do my own booking but thought I would try an agent to see if I might gain an advantage. I was happy to have recieved a response on a sunday from Anant Mishra. This agent responded almost right away. I told him I had already booked everything but it was free to cancel. He had promised to get back to me with flight and hotel offerings by the end of sunday or today (Monday) and that he could almost certainly give me a better deal than what I had found. He did give me a quote very soon for an airline ticket however it was without any tax, baggage or cancelation info. I did my own search and found the same flight for the same price and looked up the other pertitent info. So, this was clearly no advantage. He then said he would get back to me with the hotel offerings by end of the day (sunday). It is now 9pm on Monday night and have heard nothing.
This whole experience has taught me that travel agents are a waste of time! Do your own research and book yourself. at the very least, this company is a total sham!
If I could give it zero stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Canada and really wanting to get home to India , obviously with the pandemic I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Anant was incredible, He would look for flights every day and even went above and beyond as He called the Indian Embassy to make sure I was even going to be able to get home. He would answer my emails really quick even after office hours. He found me a flight route home that was affordable and all my flights went smoothly.
If i’m ever in Canada again i’ll no doubt be using Globalduniya !

I made thousand of calls to him in a day to discuss mini to tiny detail regarding service , every single time he was extremely nice, Well behaved like a gentleman in terms of communication and more sorted. He Knows the Business Key. Service was quickest and more affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Globalduniya by my Chiropractor and I am so glad! I contacted James and received very quick responses! He was quick to share some of his travel suggestions which was really nice compared to booking anything online.
We ended up staying at the Four Seasons in Whistler and we loved all of the perks provided by James ! AMAZING SERVICE! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My emails were always answered quickly and flights rescheduled to meet my needs. The person who helped us with the tickets was very courteous and had our best interests in mind. He was able to guide us well and got the best deal for our travel needs. His colleague in the same office was able to do an accurate comparative analysis of various airlines and the service was provided in a non rushed manner in a very clean, well kept office. We will definitely be going to this place again for our future travel needs as well.
