Very bad experience.. My appointment was at 6:35. And I am still outside the building at 6:45 in the windy weather. They didn’t even open up building door so that they can stand up in the heat at least. Also there is no particular phone number so we can call them to open up the door..

very rude service one week before i make an appointment because today is my day off . when i go there. i was waiting for one hour and the worker was a philipno lady she was so rude and she told me go back home. because my doctor send my blood test on my email and she told me we are not accept from the phone. and its emergency my family doctor was waiting for that. now i come back home and i have to wait another week for my day off to book another appointment. i never go agine to this location they dont care about the people even if it's emergency. if something happend to me they are responsible i already informed to my family doctor and they was warred too. and in front of me she send 4-5 people back

Absolutely disgusting and unorganized. No point in having an appointment at this location because you still have to wait way longer then said time. Also their que is down so they are constantly getting people to move seats which with all the fears and health concerns with covid this shouldn't be done in the first place. And lastly I get put into a room that hasn't even been cleaned from the previous person... don't go here go to a different location

Staff is very rude and mannerless. No mean of any booked appointment . They always delay their services. It’s my humble request to Life labs management please change their staff or teach , how to deal with civilian.

Worst experience. Yesterday, I finally managed to book an appointment at this laboratory after my work shift as I don't have any day off and the lady there, I don't know her name but she was way too rude. She had no humanity. There was no wifi in lifelab and I can understand that sometimes there is issue in internet and I also didn't have internet so I couldn't be able to send my prescription to them. And the lady said that can't do anything and said to me that I should come other day. There is way to explain but she had no basic manner which is how to talk to people or patient. She shouldn't be working there. She should be fired or should be teached how to talk to people if she is handling reception.

I had appointment at 11am and I was there sharp on time , still I ended up waiting 25 minutes. I wonder then what’s the point of making appointment, Even the Asian girl at front was so rude , she was just saying oh we are 20 mins behind appointments , then that is not our problem, she should be sorry and polite to people because everyone was frustrated. Worst experience.

This one star is due to systemtic flaws and not the staff. I obeserved that staff is hardworking but they have pressure of system and pressure of long waiting crowd. Also, Shaw open wifi works well there. I too had some bitter experiences but I want to give honest opinion. In short People looking for quick appointment responses should book somewhere else. Basically, their appointment times don't work. Definitely this lab is understaff and their appointment system allows more appointments than they can accommodate. The management should increase the staff and make sure that the appointment system accomodates the valid number of people.

How much does it even cost to talk nicely with people. I have been there yesterday and a lady at the front desk was literally yelling over me because i told her to repeat whatever she said as I didn’t hear her properly before. I don’t know her name but if she is handling reception she should be nicely talking to the people. I do understand that sometimes they get busy and its hard but that doesn’t mean that you have a right to yell over people.
