★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your company is horrible I have NEVER EVER had a benefits company do what you have done. I made a claim and had all my direct deposit info entered into the system long before the claim was made, you told me it was deposited THEN you email me the next day saying you physically MAILED the reimbursement, I AM VERY disappointed in the policies of your company it's unbelievable thanks to you guys I now am paying 30% interest on borrowed money. Manulife will ALWAYS be a better company you guys are garbage. Warning to all do not use Sunlife for anything because their customer service sucks big time.
