★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this branch for corporate or commercial banking. Masood Omari and David are a pain to deal with. They have frozen our account due their own incompetency, we had to escalate our matter to an rbc ombudsman. They're not aware of banking regulations and compliance, and honestly don't deserve to work with a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the bank today and arrived at 3:54pm. Bank closed early, seems they didn’t have enough tellers. Maybe they should hire a few more people or pay them until 430pm. Last time I looked you guys made record profits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the line up today was thirty people. I have to admit usually I use online banking but it is cumbersome when trying to do tax payments or gst payments. So I mistakenly thought I would be quicker going to the branch. Good people trying to do their jobs, but come on, thirty people that's like an hour minimum line up. Everyone should get put on to teller duty when that happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best branch I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Robin Singh is always greeting me with a smile that lights up his eyes even with the mask on. He recognizes me even when I have changed my hair for the millionth time and asks how I have been since the last time I was in. Zahra and Mel have helped me at the counter numerous times and are always full of this light that is absolutely refreshing in these times. Several others have been just as amazing and I wish I had caught all of their names in the past. All of these amazing humans deserve recognition for being understanding, helpful, and kind even when they are faced with more difficult members of the populace. I believe that RBC should look to this branch when they are wanting to showcase what amazing customer service looks like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have ever experienced with bank. Had an appointment at 10 am with Yan Zhu, arrived at 9:50, the concierge asked us to sit. Then we wait for over 20 minutes, no one showed up. The bank policy are always inconsistent from different staff, three weeks were wasted. Try to avoid this branch if you need to deal with RBC!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make an appointment to see an advisor (Laura Yan) today at 4pm. Only to hear staff at the branch telling me that she had just left. Few minutes later I get a call from Laura saying she worked from home today. I would expect the bank that I use to be honest with the customers. I am looking to change bank because of this issue. I CANNOT use a bank that I DO NOT BELIEVE TO BE TRUTHFUL.
