★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incorrect bank hours for Saturday close at 3PM not 4PM.
It's important to have correct operation hours on your website. Your tellers closed at 3 not 4 PM but your website indicated operation hours 10 to 4 PM. I was there on Aug 15 at 3:15 PM and your branch is closed. I met a few people on the parking lot also mislead by your website operation hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, firstly I'd like to point out that there was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser machine at the entrance or at the "tills" within the past few times I was at this location... the card reader keypads are visibility dirty and aren't actually being wiped down to prevent cross contamination.... the handicap button on the doors aren't functional. There isn't anyone at the front ensuring that people are sanitizing and wearing a mask before entering the facility. Just gotta say how grossed out I am at the lack of cleanliness. Time to step up BMO.... ?

Me and my husband are depositing money into our account just 10 minutes ago at BMO Guilford branch when a lady without a name tag rudely spoke to my husband and we customers don't want that kind of treatment. How is the customer service? Don’t they have to be polite at least? We are not kids to be treated like one. If this is not just close to our house we wouldn’t want to come back at this branch again. This makes us think if we made a right decision trusting this bank with our money and house.
Please monitor these attitude which can discourage customers to invest to BMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and left 2 voice messages at the Guildford branch today - SIX HOURS APART - still no response. Last year got the run around trying to access our money after selling our house and now not only am I getting the run around again, but penalized this time as well for trying to access our money. 20 years with this bank and I'm done. Off to a credit union where they're hopefully more client centered.
***Update - Dec. 18/20: Followed the BMO digital team's recommendation (below) and STILL have not heard from a single person***

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ATM machine here retained my card once I entered it for no obvious reason. I called bmo right away to block the card and order a new one. They told me that I have to visit my branch in person to order a replacement card because I am still new client!!!
Very disappointing experience. Looks like I'll be closing my account altogether soon. I won't bother to call again and waste hours of my time waiting for someone to pick up my call and then tell me to go to branch in person!
I don't appreciate any business that doesn't take ownership and initiative in fixing their mistakes.
Update: Jessica was a great help and easy to deal with, so I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! I visited last hour of today (Saturday) and pampered Helen with questions mostly issues beyond her scope of her work but she assisted as much as she coud. Left the branch satisfied and happy!! Thanks a lot Helen, it was a remarkable experience for a first time visit to your bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 counters at the location, not more than 3 counters open any single day. No reception desk to ask question, you have wait minimum 15 - 20 minutes to see the teller. They have spend so much money on the bank to impress, big screens TVs , ads running on them but it is waste if you don’t have enough people to help.
