Staff REFUSED to renew my insurance phone/email. ICBC said they can and have to. FRASER HEIGHT'S Insurance Services DID RENEW my insurance (phone/email). It was fast and easy. This employee said it could not be done and to come in or go somewhere else... so I did and they DID help me, unlike the man who answered the phone.

The staff is lazy. I was there at 10am for my auto registration. She does not know what she was saying and doing. She said she cannot help me until 5pm when another staff comes in because she would not be able to help other customers who would come after me. I believe she was just lazy and just wants to sit on her chair all day long until 5pm. Terrible excuse from a lazy worker. I learned later that day that she just needs my vehicles VIN# and some sort of visual inspection. She should not be working with customer service.

A VERY RUDE young East Indian looking lady with grey eyes that worked evening of June 4th, 2021. I asked if I can insure my car temporarily for 30 days. She quickly replied in a high rude tone of voice " Why? Why only 1 month?, why not 1 year??" I then replied, coz I dont need it. How much is 30 days? " Theres no such thing as 30 days, only 15 days". Ok then I'll do 15 days, how much would that be? "$152" she replied. Oh I saw on the website it says $25 for 15 days. "No it's not $25, what website did you go?" ( in a rude way). She was rude, she doesn't need to correct me rudely if I'm wrong, she can explain it to me in a proper manner, not in a rude manner. Then I said..its ok, and I left coz I was so irritated I couldn't tolerate her manner for another second. If there is negative star to rate her, that's the rate I would give her.

I went to get my insurance renewed, a young indian lady working there was so rude. She didn’t even explain anything and moreover when i matched the older insurance policy there was something missing. These kind of people shouldn’t be there who can’t even give a proper and friendly customer service. I recommend not to go there if u see this young indian lady there. This is the first time i saw someone working in insurance field and the agent is so rude and dont waana provide proper knowledge to the customer.

Being getting my car insurance from this agency since 2 years. They really understand your problem and try fix it as soon possible. The girl named kamal has helped me alot for fixing my insurance issues. To be honest, great service, must go once.

Glad to have found this gem near my workplace in guildford area. One of my coworkers recommended me this sussex location and now me and my wife have been their happy customers since couple months now. The staff really seemed to care and take an interest in what our ideal policy should look like. And one of the staff members, she really took her time answering my questions and cleared all my doubts. My experience with them has been Wonderful!!

Staff is really what has me coming back, very helpful and professional!! One of my friends recommended me this location and yes! I'm very impressed by their way of explaining the appropriate policies according to my needs and affordability. I actually ended up getting the best car insurance deal, which i never thought of,coz of my past experiences with various companies.Thank you!! I know how hard it can get sometimes, but let me tell ya their staff is just amazing, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Very poor service. I would expect “advisory” from insurance agents and not just “transactional” renewals. My driver factor had been increased due to a “payable” claim which i totally forgot. Had i known “before” my renewal it would’ve been so great as i paid back to ICBC Mafia … now my driver factor is re-instated as the premium won’t be affected due to the claim. Unfortunately I won’t get refunded of the higher premiums as the payment happened “after” renewal. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.. no advisory services.. only transactional!! We are suffering already high prices with ICBC Mafia who don’t want to accept their fault at all too. Btw- i never received any letter from Icbc.
