★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely annoying. The worker that ‘helped’ us has no clue what he’s doing. Although he said he’s been working there for years. Time and time again is he confused and ignoring us. Though when he gets confused he changes his mood on us. He entered all our data wrong into our files, so we’d have to go back to sort things out 3 times! Customer service was garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to this shop around 1.20 pm(10th March 2021), asking for the details of the new plans for my wife because I bought a new phone two months back only from this store (That time also this man didn't behave well). Basically, the staff (Indian man around 25 to 30 years old) is very rude and talking to me very rude. He knows I am his repeated customer still no respect in talking and is very rude because of his rudeness we didn't get the phone from him & my wife was very upset because of the way he spoke to me. I went back to him & advised him to be more polite & stop his rude behaviour to customer. Mobile shop must train the staff to behave properly to customers. I am really disappointed with his rude behaviour. I won't go to this shop anymore because of this staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most pleasant experience with Divanshu A at this TMS location. he helped us activate two lines and reserved two new phones from another location for us to pickup. he went above and beyond to help us with everything, explained everything to us very clearly, we had lots of questions and he was very happy to answer everything. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
