They were great at selling but 3 wks later when my otterbox screensaver broke....the run around began. I had spent 50 and been told the warranty was great and otterbox did full replacements but after3 plus hrs on the ph and 4 trips to the store the results were...otterbox said they didn't have that screensaver in north America so no warranty and the store manager offered me 10%off buying another for $50 but they would install for free. Total BS. Do not trust this store or otterbox. Update: A month later the manager phoned me and apologized.and offered me a new screensaver at no cost. I choose to believe he was unaware of the problem with his product and upon reflection decided to make it right with me. I will now change my review from one star to 3

Judy Wang provided excellent customer service to me. I can't rave about her enough. She's very helpful, friendly and is very patient when answering questions. She also followed up with me a couple of times with the phones that I was interested in. Ask for Judy when you visit, she'll give you quality customer service ?

Asked a simple question and in return received really rude customer service. Avoid the tall guy with glasses. If you are a customer who doesn't know much about phones this guy treats you like trash instead of help you understand better. He acts like a know it all and looks down on customers instead of trying to help. Really toxic behaviour in my opinion.

Kenneth went beyond the call of duty! He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, informative, and patient. Definitely the best customer service I have experienced in a very LONG time! Highly Recommended!

I had a really positive experience at the mobile shop including a smooth transaction with my new hardware upgrade. Ken, the store manager, was able to help me save with brand new accessories as well as provide service that was originally a follow up for when we had initially come into the store. Exceeded my expectations for a small mobile shop since he went far and beyond to ensure that I received a new phone right after I handed in a complaint (coincidentally) to the CCTS about the service I received from Freedom Mobile. I'd like to recommend their service to anyone looking for a new device, upgrade or change in their current phone plan.

Ken is a star! I saw he's treating employees well, not pushy in sales, very patient and informative. He remembered me as a regular client. Great overall experience!!!

The store manager Ken went above and beyond the level of customer service that I've experienced anywhere. He helped my wife with a purchase of a new iPhone during the Black Friday promotion deals. We were able to get an awesome plan with bonus data during the sales promotion. The whole purchase and setup process was seamless and Ken was very professional to maintain social distancing during these unsafe times we felt comfortable and safe. He even went out of his way to install the screen protector for free and with sanitized gloves. He mentioned we had a number of days to commit to the phone and was able to return if it we weren't fully satisfied. He was also completely transparent on the billing cycle and payments so we would not expect any surprises. We would definitely come back again. Ask for Ken to help you out. :-)

Terrible service. Sean was inexperienced and upgrading to a new phone took 2 hours....too long. The lack of training for Sean made the transaction frustrating for the customer and the employee.
