We quickly picked out a suit and some other stuff that I needed. Penny was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a really good deal - on top of a top notch experience. The store is packed full of everything you expect and could ever need and even stuff I didn’t know they would carry. I would definitely recommend this store and Penny gets a huge high five from me. Thank you!

If you're in a hurry to get something I'd suggest that you look into it at least a week ahead of your occasion or event. My visit was to just buildup the wardrobe. Thank you M C.

First time I went, the staff who helped was kind but not well informed about their products, prices and services. Due to limited time, I booked an appointment so that I can know all my custom suit options. I was paired up with another staff member who didn't know why I was there, started asking about rentals, and when it was established that I was there for a custom suit, I was asked a bunch of random questions about options and add ons. Coordinating a wedding is already such a stress... Not only did I feel rushed and unwelcomed, when the staff make the buying experience so complicated and confusing, adding on to the main Manager's dismissive attitude and rude behaviour, I was no longer interested and walked out. For comparison, when you go to Indochino, they take all your measurements first and walk you through all their custom options (all included in the price of the suit, no add-ons). They made me feel like a valued customer, took me through the process step-by-step, and explained all the options and gave me great recommendations. I never felt rushed, and we were there for an hour and a half. If you are already well informed about suits and know exactly what you want in your suit, go to Moores. They are affordable. If you are a first time suit owner, and need someone to explain and clearly articulate all the options, pros/cons so that you can be an informed buyer, all while being treated like a valued customer, go to indochino. The difference in level of professionalism, attention to detail, care, and customer service is night and day. You get what you pay for.
V	Vicki Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never shop at this store again! The worst service ever. I took my grandson in on Sunday to get a suit for my son's wedding. Was completely ignored. I asked a gentleman if that's what you would call him where kids suites were. then I asked how much it is to rent suites. He mumbled something under his breath and walked away. I asked again where the suites were for his age and he points to a section.. I told my grandson we were leaving and said out loud thanks for your help!! Went over to Guilford and got him a suite at Lillie and me. Excellent customer service there. Moore's lost because they hire rude men to work for them. I will tell everyone for this wedding to not shop here!! I don't even want to put a star but it makes you.
T	The Sapphire Times on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to moored today to buy my son a suit and the lady there wasn’t very polite it seemed like she wasn’t interested in selling anything, kept saying that’s all the colour’s we have or we have pants but no jacket . Said if you want to drive around and find it somewhere else you can , I walked out of the store and went to tiptop tailors and bought a really nice suit. I guess they don’t need business. Very disappointed

Alex is such a great salesperson at guildford location. She helped me finding the right colour and right sizing for my suit. She is extremely experienced at her job. Thanks.

They young lady helping us didn't give me any incentive like last time I visited. Like throwing in a dress shirt on a discount if I was to buy more items. Then the top button fell off as soon as we got home on the up front, featured on display, flashy suit blazer we got for around $269. Although still probably the only place to go that has large selection & decent pricing in Surrey.
J	Joseph M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a full suit at the store (which was not affordable to begin with) but I was told alterations could be done in a couple days and are included in the price of the suit so I chose to buy it here. I go in and get fitted for my pants and they let me know earliest can be done is 2 weeks. Plus they wanted to charge me for the alterations. If you are looking to buy a suit for a special occasion, and specially if you have a set date for it, I would not rely on this place. I happened to be talking to an older man that appeared to be the manager and he was not helpful at all, quite condescending and was not willing to help fix a mistake his staff made. I had a much better experience at Indochino, plus the price range is the same for better quality.
