★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely store for office/formal or semi formal clothing. The quality is similar to what u get in Next UK which I personally have preference for. They had sales and alot of amazing trousers were available for $$. If you are a natural tones lover and/or prefer singular or few colour combos this is a place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very nice to know that store you like hit rid of plastic bags. But if it's extremely shameful that you have to pay for their store branded paper bags. You go there buy clothing worth 100s of dollars and they charge 25 cents for their own freaking store branded bags.
Actually, thank you. This cheapness of you charging me 25 cents for paper bags is helping me save money by not shopping at your store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always shop at this location in guildford mall but today the Manager was not helpful at all and showed a lot of attitude while I was doing a return. I bought a XS sweatshirt and the size was incorrect. I removed the price tag thinking the sweatshirt is XS because it said XS on the sweatshirt but when I wore the shirt it was very big ( small or medium size) I have my account with R&W but whenever I buy something I never receive a electric copy of my receipt despite of requesting so many times. I could not find the hard copy of the receipt and when I went to return the sweatshirt, I was not paid the full amount.
The manager did not even apologize and instead told me that it’s ok if I don’t want to shop at R&W. wow !! It’s not about money but it’s how you treat your customers. Some of The staff who works in his location are not friendly at all.
My entire family shops in this location but after this incident, I don’t think we will ever visit any of your stores.
Thank you and Please re-train your staff to be polite, understanding and treat people the way they need to be treated.
