★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps one of the worst cases of customers service I have received in a long time. I went into the store looking for jeans however no one offered to help or offer any advice as they were busy just chatting among themselves. I had to wave and actually get someones attention to help me out. The associate didn't listen to me at all on what I wanted and just said these were the "latest and trendiest" jeans threw them on me and sent me to change room. It wasn't what I was looking for and I left the store as the associate looked annoyed that I didn't buy anything that he threw on me.
I love the clothes at Jack & Jones but the customer service was just horrendous and I will not be going back to the Guildford location again. I would have given this store zero stars but I had to give one in order for this review to go up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent experience in this Jack and Jones today. Ramy helped me find everything I was looking for and was overall a rock-star in terms of customer service. He went above and beyond to make the store welcoming, and gave some good recommendations on clothing; also gave me an honest opinion on what he thought of the clothes I had tried which I appreciated. Staff in general made sure I was well accommodated during my visit today. Thanks guys! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection is amazing and price range is affordable. But went to shopping today and the sales rep were a little badgering than usual. The follow up could have been couple of times as compared to 5-6 times. I need some space to take my time to buy something. I liked the new in styles army color jacket but I thought it was too much pressure, probably now going to buy it online. Great collection though!

Easy store to navigate. I love that I saw on the shirts I bought, they are made of organic cotton ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a sweater from this store for my husband. He did not get it. They have no 1800 number or customer service email with a real person working it. There is no customer support. They will lie and say they have it but they dont. I called this store to help. They were unable to help. Do not buy from their online store. It is a a horrible customer experience.
