●The veggie fry, is basically nachoes with frenchfries instead of tortilla chips.
●The classic poutine was underwhelming, the fries we firm yet not crispy. And the gravy felt weak in texture and runny. The cheese curds were of good quality and the meal was served warm but not fresh.
The experience;
●I wanted to enjoy some poutine with my friend, but instead we got hair-tine. There was a hair inside the veggie fries so we went back to let them know that there was a hair in it. As we did so another man came up and also complained about a hair in his meal aswell. The cashier pulled the hair which was wrapped around the fry and apologized and said she would make us another veggie fry right away. But we waited 10 minutes while they kept taking and serving 5-6 people before we reminded her she hadn't made our meal till she went and got it. I looked in the back and no one was wearing hairnets. If you come to this location dont be surprised if your meal becomes hair-tine aswell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really really bad experience to try veggie fries as it was the veggie fries and there was meat in it. It really not hygiene and I am vegetarian and they gave me fries with beaf such a bad experience never gonna try that again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Was not impressed at all. Rude, not friendly or even generally civil. Not quite "what do you want?", but close. Food was fine but there's lots of other choices in the food court where they don't bark at you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got rid of the pulled pork. Their beef chili contained no actual chili but just watery liquid from the soup as gravy. I find this location skimps out on quality ingredients like pulled pork, butter chicken, and beef chili. They water them down to stretch it and do a disservice to customers. Definitely not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New York Fries is my favourite place to get poutine. The gravy is so creamy and flavourful. The smell of the fries are mouthwatering. Honestly speaking this place has fries much, much better than the fries I’ve tasted in other restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love New York Fries, it is so delicious. It's a meal in itself. I have one whenever I go to the mall and I'm never disappointed in my choice of delicious fries lathered with gravy and cheese. My kids loves them so much that they would go to the mall just for this delicious treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular fries was too dry, while the poutine fries was too wet Their hotdog combo only a plain bun and a hotdog unless you pay extra for the toppings. I think the price $20.99 that they charge for a combo are too expensive for 2 hotdogs , 2 soft drinks and a box of large fries.
Not recommending to have New York Fries.
