โ โ โ โ โ They should really work on their staff. Felt so unwelcoming and ignored. All the staff was busy chit chatting without caring about the customers. All Indian students working there need to understand that they are not selling Rajma Chawal on a thela. Itโs North America and chipotle is one of the most reputed food joints to eat. Iโm also South Asian but sorry to say it was a very disappointing experience. People come here for good food and experience but I did not feel welcoming at all.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is always busy because of its location. We went here for an early dinner prior to seeing the new Batman movie. They never clean the tables so make sure to bring your own Lysol wipes. Weโre still in Covid yโknow. Thatโs not the worst, when my GF was about to bite in her burrito, she found a 2โ black curly hair on it. She nearly gagged but she was too hungry to leave so she just asked to have it remade. The staff did not apologize but at least they remade her burrito. Thus, gaining this review a two star instead of one. And nope we are not coming back.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there for the first time. The people who served me the white people and the Asian people. They made it absolutely delicious. They put lot of good amount of everything. The burrito was closed properly and tasted JUST AMAZING. I was very very impressed with their service. Even my family ordered different stuff like the bowl, tacos they were absolutely delicious.
but recently since my last two visits I had Indians(People from India) made my order. For some reason they never put enough stuffing inside burrito like other white or asian coworkers of there. Since last two time everytime I order something is missing. Last time there was no Avocado in my burrito. before that there was no Cheese in my burrito. I m highly disappointed by their Service. Even the bowl with my family ordered was without corns. (Even though we mentioned to add everything). Also the burrito was having less stuffing compared to my experience of the first time. and they didnt even close it properly. everything just came out of burrito. It was disgusting.
What I also noticed the Indian people they just dont care about your order like other White and Asian people.
I really hope I get served by good staff next time. Highly disappointed by there last 2 service.
Please hire people who actually willing to put effort in their job to provide service.

I also had a hair in my meal for one order.

โ โ โ โ โ The food tasted good, but as I was nearly finished I had to dash to the bathroom and was in horrible gastrointestinal distress. The south park episode from 10yrs ago was true, u will need chipolte-away to get the blood stains out of your underwear. I would not recommend eating here. Food quality and proper sanitation is suspect.

Got two burritos. One wasn't even full of anything and it was cold. My other burrito was mainly rice. I get it's Monday but that's not a excuse to serve customers cold food that aren't even full when we pay almost $14 on something. Future reference teach your employees how to do their job. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ I absolutely love Chipotle! Their food is always fresh and delicious. Service is pretty good, wait times can be a bit long, depending on how busy it gets but it's always worth it!

โ โ โ โ โ Really good service and they are fast. The restaurant is usually clean and well staffed to handle the rush. Been here a few times and it's always been a good experience. But their online menu is different then in person. That's a little annoying but other then that, this is a good place to grab a bite.
