★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: The girl who didn't help me at all rushed me to the till then proceeds to put her name tag on my item so she can get credit for my purchase, I wanted to look more but because I found 1 item and just holding it but no she rushed me so felt shopping experience got cut short and rushed out the store. I'd probably would've found more items to buy if she given me the time and space to look. All she did was took the item off my hand and hand it to the guy to ring it up right away with her name. She's given no customer service in my opinion.
The sales girl made me repeat my phone number 4 times and my name 3 times while spelling it out twice for her all the while with a line up behind me. I think it was a bit much and rude of her. I speak fluent English with no accents. I work in retail too and never had this kind of issues before. Really made me rethink whether I needed that item at all. Came to Canada since I was 3 years old. Please train your associates to be more sensitive and less discrimination thank you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually make my purchases online or at the YVR and Metrotown locations. But, I wanted to say a huge thank you to the girls working today at the guildford location on Feb 13th at 2:15PM. One girl in particular (so sorry I didn’t get the name) helped me with trying to get a fitting room for myself and my daughter in her stroller- since the fitting room that was larger was in use she offered to watch my daughter in the stroller while I tried on a dress. Thank you so much to you and the girls in the fitting room area who were so lovely to my baby- you really made my day and you went above and beyond. As a mom it’s hard to navigate stores and it’s hard as sometimes we don’t get the time or space we need to try on clothes so thank you again and for trying to keep my baby occupied :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were super helpful with my requests of with trying to find a a beige sweater for Christmas present! Think her name was Olivia? But this was like 2 weeks ago, so sorry if that wasn't it lol. But friend enjoyed their present!!
Not sure if it was bc of Christmas time, but you can get decent sale/prices on the clearance items kinda spread out through the store. The one I got definitely was worth much more than what I paid (by auritzia standards)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guildford Team is outstanding!! Was worried about Christmas gift exchanges as purchase was made in Nov. only had online receipt without a gift receipt & Artizias return policy is stringently restrictive & short.
Staff was amazing with providing an exchange & store credit - fast, efficient & everyone was so friendly even though they were so busy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best aritiza i’ve been to. a common problem among aritiza stores is tension between workers and just pressure from staff in general. over forcing of sales is too obvious at most locations but this one is much like the robson location. staff won’t bother you unless you ask for help, and people on the floor don’t seem commission hungry- as in metrotown, mcarthur glen, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned an online order here and it was a breeze. Wish they were more organized with their line though customers often can't tell where it starts since there's no indicators or barriers. It's very dark too, it would be great if they could get some brighter lights like the Metrotown location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The design is well thought out and the merchandising is great. Ryan, one of the managers was very helpful in handling our issues with one of our orders in store and showed professionalism and went the extra effort in really assuring us that the issue will be resolved with our special order. The staff is also very helpful and it shows due to the leadership they have in the store. Always a pleasure visiting this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to acknowledge a sales girl Dominick! She was absolutely a wonderful help today. I was returning a jacket that I loved but it was a little too small. She took the time and found me another jacket in the system that was similar. She has great customer Service, by going above and beyond. If you are ever at Aritza, she is the employee to ask for. Thank again for your help Dominick(I hope I have your name right)
