★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most rediculous policies I've ever seen. Had a top for sale on a rack on the floor in medium, asked if they had it in small. Their response blew my mind. "yes, we have this in small in the back but we aren't releasing it yet. Try coming back in the next week or 2."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the Guildford location yesterday to find a bday outfit. The girls were nice and greeted me when I came in. The girl named Jash helped me pick out an outfit for my party. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not get why the girls here are so snotty! I’ve been to the other locations and they’re a lot nicer! I can tell the company wants to hire a certain look that goes with their style but why are they so rude. One girl actually rolled her eyes when I asked a question. Poor customer service. If you want to go to one, go to a different location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to Hollywood often to see improvements on their customer service! I’ve been greeted not only once but twice ? everyone was extremely nice. I was lucky enough to have a girl named ela or elie to go out of her way and help me pick dresses best suited for me. Thank you Hollywood for ur big help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked out every piece in the shop, slowly and methodically. Not one person said hello or came anywhere near. I do this every time I’m in this store just to see if they would say hi! They never do. This is why this store is empty. Also, everything is so small, you must be 95lbs. I weigh less than 145 and am an athlete so do the math. Cheap service cheap clothes, save your money and go somewhere that tries harder to earn your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here this morning to pick out an outfit for tonight and I was blown away by the customer service and atmosphere in the store. The ladies who helped me, Gaby and the cashier (didn't catch her name) were both very sweet and gave me a pleasant experience! I was complimented all night on my outfit too!
