Chariah (manager) there was able to help me from every angle! She was kind, patient, and just incredibly helpful! It was such a relief to finally get some answers, and I am so looking forward to using my new camping gear. Prices are so much better than any other outdoor/sports stores I have been too, as well. All the staff there were awesome, as Tulika helped me carefully check out my items. Thank you, absolutely wonderful experience! Will definitely come back again to this location:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get trapped into the pricing of this store that may look economical. If you research a little more and go to Factory Outlets you might get (A) branded products, (b) some products at even lower prices than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into this place on 27th December 2021, looking for some snow gears for my 6 and 4 year old, no help or whatsoever from the employees, after spending over an hour, I found something and I paid, and just as I was about walking out from the store with a receipt on one hand, one of the employees shouted, stop that lady, she has something in her hand, I was so mad and almost lost my cool. Terrible place, bad customer service, profiling people of color. Take your money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to some covid restrictions, the store can only accommodate a certain number. This holiday season has been busy at this location and staff was very busy, as well. Or couldn't find one if you wanted some help. Prior to coming here, I already had in mind what I wanted, so I grabbed when I found it, and paid. I will go back again when the holiday season is over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here at 4:25 pm , the store should close on 5pm. Employees closed it early while the whole mall is open! Each and every shop is open! This is just crazy!! Very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They kept the store open a few extra minutes, and were very helpful for the last couple of straggling shoppers that showed up near closing. I was ten minutes before close and managed to get a pr. of waterproof hikers for this weather of late.
Good, durable-looking products and prices, service gets a 5-star from me. Thank you Mountain Warehouse.
