Sport Chek is Coquitlam center mall graund level. You can buy all sports products of very good price. good brand... I bought sports shoes half price & good quality.

I was at the Coquitlam centre store 3 hours ago and an Asian sale rep was at the shoe department ,, very unfriendly and unhelpful . Absolutely no customer service at all . I just left after .

I can depend upon a place that has all the good brands, sports equipment and sports gadgets. I went in with my brother last week to get some workout clothes and a bike. The sales associate was there to help me in an instant--which I really appreciated. Unfortunately the line up at the front took a while, since there was only one person on till, but its all good. I got a good price on stuff!

Ashley was amazing today. She took her time explaining to me how the sale works, when is the best time to shop etc...very impressed 5 star customer service.

The staff would not return my shoes for full price without my returning some card that apparently was to give me $25 off if I bought before the end of the month. I had thrown it out thinking it was just some coupon. Even manager was unwilling to help me out. Said it was a gift card! I thought gift cards couldn't expire for 2 years??!! Funny enough, my hubby returned the shoes a day later, no problem. I am sorry to say it but I think this was an example of sexism at its finest. Say no to the woman but yes to the man. Next time I tried to buy something here I ordered it on line and it went through then 2 weeks later they cancel my order due to low stock. What is that???? I shopping elsewhere from now on!

I give one star because the system doesn't allow me to give zero. It's the worst place for an item that requires after sales service such as a bike or a pair of skis. They hire teenage technicians and don't trust them to be competent. They compensate by over-bureacratizing and giving them a manual of what they're allowed to touch. I had bought a pair of skis and bindings on their website last year because their stores often don't carry many of the models. The binding was no longer on the manual and they wouldn't mount it for me even if I wanted to pay!! You're far better off with a proper specialist store. After I took my bike last summer to a proper bike shop, they had to reassemble parts of it because sports Check had misassembled when they sold it to me

Who knew that something as simple as picking up an online order could be so difficult? This was my first experience with picking up an online order from a Sport Chek. Therefore, I did not know where I was supposed to go, or who to talk to. I wandered around the store, and did not find anyone that I could ask. I went to the front of the store to ask one of the girls (cashiers) standing there. I let them know that I was there to pick up an online order, but did not know where I needed to go, and asked if they could direct me. Instead of being friendly, I was met with eye rolling, a sigh, and a very snarky "you have to go to the service shop in the back." I guess the conversation that these ladies were having was more important than answering a simple question. I am sorry to have inconvenienced you. I went to the back of the store to the service shop to go and grab my order. There was a bit of a line and I waited patiently for the young man to be available to grab my order. Another guy shows up after me, and the kid tending the service shop skips right over me and goes to talk to this guy. Clearly based on the conversation that they were having, they are friends. At this point I am frustrated and just want to get out with my order. I interrupted the conversation that they were having to let him know that I am waiting to pick up an online order, and that I need to get going. I placed an order for pick up to guarantee that I was going to be able to get the product, and get it quickly. Instead of it being a quick and easy process, it was a showcase of what you get when you combine young kids and poor management. Two things were made clear today. The staff at this location would rather have personal conversations with friends on company time, and I will not be returning to this location.

Went in to buy some soccer cleats and they didn’t have my size so the girl working there told me to check the clearance rack. While I was looking at that she went and found some shoes in the back that were not being advertised and must have just been limited stock that were my size. Great service.
