★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good customer service and cute, trendy clothes. not the best quality but still better than other stores in the mall. the one bad experience i had was when i ordered online. i ordered
six things. the tracker said it was supposed to come in early march but didn’t arrive until mid may. i ordered it late february.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite girl at this location just quit. I always use to come and shop in bulk because I am a blogger and she was an absolute sweetheart. Noor use to suggest me styles I should try on. The store just wasn’t the same today. One girl was on cash constantly texting I asked of the associate and was told that she is the SM. One girl was in fits taking selfies. I had to grab everything on my own and struggle of trying something on then wearing my clothes to grab the second size and then coming back to try on was frustrating to the point that I decided to leave without a single item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garage store in Coquitlam center is really centrally located right in middle of Tricities.
Nice collection, great prices and best part is sales girls are experienced, professionals and really helpful in selecting clothing.
They also have and option to order online right at cash register via tablet and downloading their app gives extra 10% off right away, thats actually not bad.
I would say shopping in garage with savings and nice collections.
We guys love it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their system for the number of shoppers in the store at a time is poorly planned, as they've set up around the corner from the entrance. Therefore you basically have to walk in and be turned away to figure out what's happening, and then wait to see someone leave and then try again. They won't come get you, or tell you in any way that you can now enter the store.
Also poor size selection. If you're above a 6 you won't find much.
No regulating of distancing one people are in the store either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and i went to Coquitlam garage because they seem to have a better selection than metrotown… but quite honestly the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff at metrotown is superior…we never go on that location without someone greeting us . My daughter tried on jeans and we went to pay . Stood there and stood there while two staff folded shirts- they saw us and ignored us … if it was not for the fact we checked stock before making the trip and knew Coquitlam only had 2 of the item my daughter wanted - i would of put it on the counter and walked out… i was a business manager many years and i am very familiar with what good customer service should look like as well as I understand the rush to get stock out etc but from what i saw both girls were folding shirts together gabbing with each other - i had to walk over and ask if there was a cashier in order to get any help … i am positive there were 3-4 staff on those cash registers should always be monitored period

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I have to say I never leave reviews but after my experience today I had to. The girl working in the changing room was the most RUDE person I have ever come across working in a clothing store and trust me I shop a lot. When she gave me the room she looked so irritated and made a face as she walked past me and when I went to give her the clothes I didn’t want she continued to talk to her friend and didn’t even make eye contact with me as I told her I didn’t want 2 pairs of jeans and literally STILL LOOKING AT HER FRIEND she put her hand out and I had to literally place it in her hand. Zero eye contact zero words the entire time. It does not take much effort to be kind and present. Someone like that should not be working a job like that, girl needs to change her attitude.
