★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a backpack purse for vacation. Broke 3 days into my trip. Bought new backpack for 65 to finish my trip to Disneyland. Brought purse back with receipt. Said would exchange then started freaking out and Would not exchange even after I offered to pay more for new backpack purse. Embarrassed me by yelling at me in the mall. I will never go back there again and will tell everyone not to go there. Very bad customer service....
