★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a metal band June 7th, but the buckle got loosen up less than a month.
Went to store, the lady said it is defected, and they are gonna order new one with receipt. I only have credit card transaction statement at their store and they would not take it as a receipt. Very disappointed, they would sold me defected band and would not do anything about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales assistant in the store was not helpful at all when I was trying to ask questions about a bag. They did their best to avoid me in the store as if they did not want to provide any assistance. Previously I’ve had a good experience here but this time it was terrible.

Even though we bought an expensive watch from here, the sale rep didn't smile, greet or say Thank You.
But they took the payment without showing the product to us.
I won't go there again. Also I won't recommend others to go at this location.
The outlet at Mc Arthur in Richmond is much better to visit and shopping.

In the end, she was a miracle worker and managed to fix the issue I was experiencing! It was such a pleasant experience, I really felt cared for by the staff. Thank you so much to everyone that works there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a watch from Fossil about 3 years ago and at the time spent around $250 which I thought was fairly significant, but I was a fan of its mechanical styling and perpetual movements so I made the call. What a high quality watch it's proven to be so far. It does not lose its time, I've literally been in a street fight wearing this watch and it still ticked. A solid 4 blows were landed to a man's face while wearing this on my left wrist, and although the next day it did not work (later having discovered a coil had bent), I took it into Fossil and they fixed it for zero dollars and did not ask a single question. Customer service and long lasting product quality. However, I recommend not to wear a watch if physically encountering another person and in no way condone violent acts. Still get compliments on my watch to this day. 5 stars
