★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I GOT FOOD POSION ! Don’t eat!!!!
I Ordered Tom yum noodle soup with a piece of fried spring roll last Jan 29th 11am. After an half hour later i started feel nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, fever. I Couldn’t even sit, or stand up or lay down.
It was way so much pain on my entire body.
I wasn’t able to take or swallow any of the medication. Eventually I had to go to Emergency and I spent all day with so of many bottles IVs and painkillers on my hands and arms.
A lot of painkillers were applied on me, but nothing was work for very long hours.
I had to cancel all my important plans and appointments for entire week!!!
It was the MOST PAINFUL TIME OF MY LIFE!!!! I love Thai food and I used orders and had often, but this is a huge disappointment and I would never order from this location ever again.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!
If you do not want to get FOOD POSION, eat safe food!!!
It was The most Horrible and worst Thai food experience ever in Vancouver!!!
Disgusting!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was actually pretty good - peanut sauce had a strong flavour which seems to be uncommon for fast food Thai places like this, and vegetables also had a good taste. Tofu was had nice texture but I would have liked a stronger flavour. Service however was not great - I was the only person there and I had to wait at the register for a while staff chatted with a friend who wasn't even a customer.

Ingredients do not specify specific foods on the dish. Just range of types.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service and decent quality for a chain.. don’t expect generous portions**. In fact, you'll prob have to order extra proteins or side dishes. Can do better..
Edit** : came back a couple more times and it seemed that our feedback were heard. Our general thai was tasty and portions were satisfying !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When people are in the front line of a business they must be customer focused. This is not the case at this place. A very bad and rude attitude from the 2 girls taking the orders. In addition to that, the product is not worth the money you pay for it. Not a recommended place to eat. Look for another alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed! I ordered the feature item Thairacha (spicy pad-sew) and what I got is the thairacha with rice, totally not what I expected. One staff said they will changes it back but there will be price difference, I’m totally fine with that.
Another staff came and told me they sold out of the thairacha sauce and because I already ordered ?!?!
Well…. I never seen any kind of customer services like this before in Canada.
And now I’m eating the order that I don’t like because the staff mean they don’t wanna to take responsible for it…
