★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived in Vancouver November 10, 2017. Got off the plane at the airport took the Sky train with my luggage to Pacific Center and trying to find Four Season Hotel for my business trip. Went into LUSH since I have shopped in this store frequently in other Canadian locations and ask for directions to Four Season Hotel W Georgia. A manager-ish man approached me before I even finish my sentence and said "I don't know" and pushed me through the door and hushed me out. Perhaps I wasn't dressed in my finest clothing but I found what this LUSH employee did was extremely rude. Later I found out four seasons hotel was only 1 minute walk from this LUSH store location and he was just pretending to not know so he can kick me out of his store. I am extremely unhappy how LUSH treats its frequent customers and how easily they dismiss someone who was in need of help. I would recommend anyone to boycott this location.
This incident happened November 10, 2017 at around 10 am. This man was wearing black rim glasses with two black stud earrings styled hair and checkered shirt.
I would recommend LUSH immediately fire this over promoted employee and hire someone who has better customer service experience.
p.s. I also find this man a bit racist towards Asians since he looked at me with a sight of disgust and in a hurry to get rid of me. I would really appreciate more Asians that live in Vancouver to look into this issue and support me in social media

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some smells in this store but all very good! Love to come here and just give everything a sniff......... Might have felt at some points like the other people wanted to give me a sniff......... One of the sales people did a great job of making me feel luscious! Jerry or Jordy........ Thanks for the good time! Gotta see you again in the back. Other salesperson spent too long washing my hands. They thought I smelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location and the soaptender was pleasant. Washed my hands. They were out of face masks as the soaptender was kind enough to have enough ingredients to mix a sample for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to remember to not touch the bath bombs and then rub my face. Everything is better with glitter anyway, right?! Lush produces awesome soaps, bath bombs, fragrances, and a bunch of other stuff that seems popular but I don't understand, (face nourishing creams, scrubs, etc). You're best to check it out yourself. My Pizza Queen has a favorite perfume from here that makes me melt like a fine cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The greeting was so aggressive, telling us to sanitize or not enter. Super unwelcoming group of 4 staff just dispersing when we entered in and one was forcing us to sanitize with harsh sanitizers on my Kids for them to enter in when they had just sanitized moments before. Very unwelcoming for everyone in our group- turned off shopping there, was easy to go shopping everywhere else in the mall Without feeling controlled from the moment we walked in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Lush Store by Pacific Centre and they have scale. Since the last incident with Lush on Robson when they sold variety soap weight from 1.02 and 0.88 again.
i tried to scale the soap before i purchase today for some reason and turn out their bar soap was 0.88 AGAIN for the third time in the past three months from 3 different stores.
I never thought to Lush be so sneaky and cheat with the weight of the bar soap. I have been buying the soap in the past year and i don’t believe it.
CUSTOMER BEWARE !!!!
Lush should have each soap weight in front if customer before purchase and I suggest to weigh every bar soap before the purchase.
Come on LUSH. This is disgusting.
