She sells clothes by lying size, she kept saying that is a style of the piece even though it was obviously big. I will never go too weekend MaxMara pacific location!! NEVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand you get based on commission, you pish too much. This one salesperson, especially, makes me very uncomfortable and never want to go back. Hope they train their staffs properly and with manners. Otherwise, don't want to shop from this store anymore.

Extremely rude and condescending attitude. I left feeling ashamed and angry. I was serious about buying a dress but after this terrible experience I will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the items here, and always peek into the store in hopes that one particular sales woman is not there. Seeing her actually makes me avoid going into the store. She is so intense, and I know a lot of other reviews have been posted about her. I’m not sure why she is still employed because it makes me not want to buy anything. I think you would have a lot more happy clients and people actually shopping at the store if she were not part of the team.
