I've been saving up and wanted to buy a jacket knowing that this was a huge purchase for me. All the staff at the Vancouver Canada goose were extremely helpful and respectful of my situation. They helped me choose a style and size that would fit me and my use case the best. Knowing this was a big purchase, I probably came back to the store 4-5 times over the course of 2 weeks just to think it over and try the same stuff over and over again and each time the staff never pressured me. Always let me take my time. I almost felt bad because the staff were always saying "take your time!" "you can order online you know" and "maybe sleep on it!". Super friendly and I'm glad that after 2 weeks I have a parka that I'm in love with.

I was turned away by the tall store manager (male) He directed me to talk to Customer service and then when I asked him for more details he walked away from me, I would assume store clerk is customer service , And they are there to answer my questions? I will not be shopping here again until somebody reaches out to me or gives me an email address to raise my concern . I understand they’re understaffed but his communication was horrible

I called the store for a serious inquiry, a girl passed me on to this guy name Stephen or Steven. He didn’t even greet me and right away says β€œugh what issue do you have?” Before I even finish talking he puts me on hold without telling me and hang up on me. What a rude attitude!

Just a warning if there's any chance at all you might return or exchange the CG piece you are purchasing... Go over the item with a VERY fine-toothed comb! If there's even the slightest mark, however insignificant it may seem, notify the staff before buying it and have them give you a receipt or a piece of paper saying that they have clocked it. I purchased a parka with a tiny off-colour mark (1mmx1mm) which I found on the coat, but I didn't say anything because I thought it would be nitpicky to do so as it was barely noticeable. However, a few days later I decided to return the never-worn jacket when circumstances changed. I was met with a very frustrated manager angry at me for returning the parka saying the piece was "damaged" and "they would have to take a loss and wouldn't be able to sell it". They were initially very unwilling to take the return despite their sister store selling it in that condition in the first place. Still giving 4 stars because they did eventually accept the return but I could really have done without the shaming, embarrassing and uncomfortable public lecture!

I bought a Canada Goose jack for my Fiance and myself. We went for a walk in the rain and when I came back I was soaked and she was dry. I sent my jacket to Canada Goose for repairs under their warranty as the Jacket was only a few months old. The company charges you $66 for cleaning services, which they won't tell you when you process the jacket for warranty. This is fine as it came back very clean. However, when I went online to determine what was fixed during the warranty process the website is very vague. I called in to inquire what was done to fix it and the first lady put me on hold to look into the case. After about 15 minutes on hold I hung up and called back and the store was closed. She had put me on hold then went home for the night. The next time I called to inquire the customer service rep named Sean said he would look into this simple request. He then hung up on me. The third time they at least looked at the file. THEY DID NOT REPAIR THE JACKET AND CHARGED ME $66. THIS IS WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER A SCAM AS I DID NOT INTENT TO SPEND ANY MONEY ON THE REPAIRS AND THEY DID NOT REPAIR THE JACKET.

Great experience purchasing a coat at this Canada Goose store. The staff were all super helpful when choosing the coat and not pushy whatsoever. I think its pretty awesome you get a nice garment bag and hanger when you purchase something. However, keep in mind that a lot of the stock is not displayed. You have to actually ask for some items. An overall fantastic experience!

Received my luxury jacket as a Xmas present and needed to exchange it for brighter colour and more fitted size! Very attentive, friendly and helpful customer service of each staff I've interacted with. Worth paying $250 extra for the jacket I've exchanged with long lasting and trending quality!
