★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I just went to Jo Malone randomly and had a blast. We met Cynthia who took all the time in the world to explain us every little detail about the perfume, she took the time to let us smell any one we wanted, she really went above and beyond our expectations.
The experience itself was so fun we didn't see the time go by and stayed over an hour in the store. Cynthia and the team (Nelly and another person I couldn't get the name unfortunately) made us so comfortable, were so polite and gave us so many tips about the products.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place NOT just for the product, but for the whole experience.
