★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 pairs of exactly the same sweatpants in different colors on Nov 14th. One pair arrived about a month later and the other is still missing. Emailed customer service a few times and received absolutely no response. Was "tracking" item but their carrier Landmark's last update was early December. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would never have expected this from a large clothing retailer like Hollister/Abercrombie. Nowhere near H&M or Gap customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hollister one of my favourite places to shop.. I'll see a window display that catches my eye,walk in and wow I'm caught up in how the the display is set up.. Perfect is what I can say.. Staff friendly young so know the latest fashions would like to see a couple older folks working there from time to time for myself it makes it feel more comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst selecting for men’s clothes I have ever seen. They could just make the store entirely women’s only. Also, they play the most horrible music I’ve ever heard. This place has really changed for the worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service specially by manager of store. I have been a very old customer and got an issue very first time. Bought a pair of pants in april, washed and it got shrunk, not even wear it once . When i was back in store and asked for exchange she( manager) rudely said no and asked to call customer service as it is quality issue. Came back and called customer service they said it is in store purchase so they were supposed to deal with it. But the guy on phone helped me to resolve the issue and send an email regarding the product to requisite department. Waiting for the email but still he was very good representative. So i will never go back in store again.
