★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff who helped me is a very nice guy. He brings two sizes for me to fit on. At first I tried a pair of narrow shoes that doesn not fit and I am about to leave, thinking this brand might not have wider shoes. But then he recommends the other types of shoes they have. Finally, after trying two more pairs, I picked one. I am happy for his pleasant attitude and very helpful. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working at Pacific Centre for almost 5 years and i'm a long time customer at Geox, best work shoes! So comfy. I met Verolynn (very genuine & professional) who's one of the new managers and I've noticed an amazing change in the team/atmosphere! Feels like a great place to work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store because I had seen a coat on the Geox website that I wanted to buy. Verolynn put one of the coats aside for me and I went in to try it on. It didn't fit and she looked to see if the right size could be found at another store. In the mean time I tried other coats to confirm which size I needed. Verolynn not provided friendly and creative customer service with a strong dash of initiative but she also has a very thorough knowledge of the merchandise in her store. I left without a coat but with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is amazing. It took me forever to decide what jacket to get and they were very patient, no pressure they were simply helpful. I came back the next day to try the jackets again and they were able to set the jacket on the side for me. Thank you Victoria and Thomas! So nice to see young people being professional, that attitude will bring them far.

In relation to my new shoes, I'm trying to break into my D Skyely C - so far not the most conformable but they look cute
