β β β β β The staff thanked me for being nice to them. They were clearly understaffed and experienced many rude customers as the place was super busy despite it being a weekday closing time. I had an easy shopping experience and bought a pair of shoes in the right size all within 10 minutes. I hope Softmoc places more workers as it looks like many customers were waiting to be attended and appear frustrated at the lack of assistance available.

β β β β β Disappointed by the service I received this evening. The store seems to be gravely understaffed and no one offered to assist me when I came in. I asked one of the clerks about the fit of the boots and he had no information to offer me. Overall, my experience lacked quality customer service. That said, they seem to have a good selection of boots and shoes (just don't expect to be helped!)

β β β β β Be Careful everyone to this softmoc online ordering. They are very bad.
I'm very disappointed to this softmoc online ordering system.
I went to their store to find a winter boots for my son. There was no size so the sales lady asked me If I'd like to order and it will be free delivery.
After a week the item I ordered did not came yet. I try to follow-up. The softmoc online operator said, Its already refunded. I was shocked. How did happen? I have the original receipt. They start pointing me to go to store where the item return. I went to the store location she said and I asked the manager their. What happen? How she refunded the other person with No original receipt? She don't even get the person's info.
Until now I did not received my item or the refund.
I suggest to everyone never order online to softmoc.

β β β β β Only one employee working during the lunch rush. Having to grab sizes and process orders. I waited 20 mins to pick up an online order. So disappointing since you donβt offer free shipping.

β β β β β They have an amazing collection of shoes here! The layout of the store is very aesthetically pleasing!
The employees are super helpful and efficient. It's hardly ever crowded so there's no waiting in line! The have a vast selection of boots, runners, heels, fluffy sandals, etc.
If you're in need of shoes, chances are you'll find them here!
