★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I bought a pair of shoes on their website. Took a month to arrive. I tried them at home with different outfits before to realize that they were too big and I couldn’t walk with them. I came to their Robson store to exchange them but the store was closed for no reason. Then went to pacific centre and the girl refused to take them back because I had worn them according to her.... worst customer experience ever. Will never go back. I didn’t get money back and they kept the shoes.... horrible company. They bankrupt last month no wonder why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience ever. I bought a pair of shoes from Alfo Pacific centre and realize that they were a problem on the leather. I came to their Pacific centre store to exchange them but the girl and other her colleague Jennifer refused to take them back and change or repurchase other, because she hasn't those shoes on their store and when I asked her to change with other model also refused. worst customer experience ever. Will never go back to this horrible company. @aldo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BEST Aldo store to shop at, the people there are super friendly and absolutely made my day. I found the perfect shoes to wear for work and some great accessories to match. Customer Service here is top notch and I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude supervisor or manager, whoever deals with returns. Not only was she rude and condescending to me, but she was horrible to girl she was training. It seemed like she intentionally tried to embarrass me by being condescending. I know we've all had bad days, I worked in retail for ten years but if you don't want to deal with people, don't work with people.
This was my go to Aldo store, will be going elsewhere from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an awful experience with customer service where it's in the Pacific center. I bought a bag as a gift for my friend with the gift receipt as it was a gift I took the price tag off. My friend didn't like it and I went to Aldo to exchange it. There was a lady who was so rude to me and even she didn't take a look just said it doesn't have the price tag we can not take it that's it while she was busy with the computer. I asked her customer service number and left. The day after that I called Aldo customer service and she told me it really doesn't need any price tag we will send an email to their manager, just go there and exchange it. I went there again and the manager was like nobody sent us an email then I can not take it. It was really frustrating and disappointing .they made me to take two days off from my work and waste my time and money. The manger asked me the oreginal receit while they didnt give me the original receit only gave me gift receit. It was their fault. I was a very loyal customer for Aldo and in the last week I bought 3 items from them. but I will never ever do shopping from Aldo. I was mistreated and insulted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the best experience. The manager on duty was AMAZING. She helped us find all matching heels for our bridesmaids gowns. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to even track down the last sizes from a different store because it was so so last minute. The manager and her assistant were super friendly and I couldn’t have asked for anything better AND despite us being super last minute!!
