★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The District Manager of Pacific Centre is COLD, HEARTLESS, INSENSITIVE and INHUMANE. This DM has the audacity to terminate an employee after years, possibly a decade of service, on the day of his mother’s viewing. How dare you call your self customer service when you cannot even acknowledge the heartache and loss of ones mother. Shame on you and this horrible, heartless company for thinking about production and sales. Clearly there is no remorse or any sense of compassion for employees. All I can say now is what goes around comes around and the day it hits this DM in the face. I hope she can reflect and think about her actions and as for Little Burgundy may production and sales continue to drop and all that is left is a for sale sign your store front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good staff, good selection, prices are good when there's a sale. however I bought some boots from here, supposedly already water-proof - and even got the waterproofing gel, but my boots started to flake and fall apart within two months. disappointing. of course, they don't actually make the boots so hard to fully blame them for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of chucks, van, Reebok classics and the like ect. But this place gets 5 stars because of their staff not their selection. I was helped by a pair of charismatic young woman who weren't just super helpful (and believe me they were) but super fun aswell. All n all they made for a productive, enjoyable experience for something as simple as buying shoes. Highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pair of boots three days ago and did not wear it at all. I just returned it. The person who handled my return was very upset and made me feel that "I did something wrong." She collected my information, name, phone number, and email address without letting me know why she did so. I just know that this is a store in Pacific Centre that I will never go back to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't get a name of the girl who helped me but if the manger of the store reads it, she was super pleasant to talk to and funny. I bought a pair of Dr.Martens about two weeks ago. I decided to try the size that another shop (gravitypope)I attended before coming by this one, didn't have and tried to peruse me to buy it two sizes bigger. The sales person here was incredibly sweet and helpful and I made sure I came back to her and let her to put my purchase through. I'll get back to the store just to get her name so I can update this review. I work in retail myself and I appreciate that a lot!
