I'm on the search for a new 25" luggage with wheels and I decided to check out TUMI to see if it's worth the hype. I was not at all impressed with the sales staff, one woman in particular. She had the attitude that I wasn't worth her time because she felt I couldn't afford TUMI. (she's wrong on that one) The other sales person was okay and I think she helped me because her colleague nodded for her to do so. I won't be going back because of the poor sales staff, never mind the very expensive luggage items. Save your money and time and go to Winners.

Quick and uncomplicated when I needed to get my monogram embossed into the Tumi tag. The bags are great for business travel, but I assume everybody knows.

Bought one of their battery packs for my iPhone then a couple days pass by & for some reason it wouldn't charge the phone anymore.. (full charge, tried other phones, nada) So it went back to the store for warranty. Weeks to a month later and I'm STILL without the power bank, store tells me to call a number but I'm always pushed to voicemail & sent multiple emails but no replies. For sure my last purchase

Received an online backpack that was defective. Took it for exchange/ repair. Told me exchange not allowed in store and would charge handling fee for refunds or repairs. Zero help. Also staff keeps speaking to me in Mandarin when I’m responding in English only. This premium brand needs to learn customer service 101.

Received exceptional customer service from Siu Fung. Siu Fung provided an outstanding shopping experience. He was very patient in showing the details of all the products and was extremely knowledgable. Siu Fung took the time to understand my needs in a card holder to find me the perfect one. In addition to all of this, Siu Fung was very accommodating and considerate. Despite it being almost closing time, he still provided amazing client service and did not rush us. He is definitely an asset to your company and should be a role model for all future employees. I highly recommend you shop with Siu Fung and you will not be disappointed.
