★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my tracking number in to pick up a package from the Canada Post station and the VERY rude person at the counter said it's already been picked up and refused to give me my tracking slip back. Will be reporting to Canada Post management and the Police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my third time writing an online review, the other two were extremely positive and had to be done, this one is negative and also had to be done. Two days ago I went to buy my husband a suitcase for Father's Day. I saw one that I really liked at the Luggage Warehouse. The customer service experience was the worst I have ever had at any store, it was HORRIBLE!! I too would have also give this a zero star if there was an option for that. I hope they will start learning from these negative reviews and start providing their staff with some customer service training. I won't ever shop there again!

good customer service. good inventory, price is really good.
I think price is cheaper than seattle and richmond outlet.
But no parking lot so you should park on the street.

Wish I could rate this shop 0 stars. Bought a very expensive suite case here, got home to pack and found a flaw in the hard shell. Took it back, and they refused refund or exchange, they blamed me for the damage, they actually said "caveat emptor" to me! They said I had "used the case" (the wheels were dirty from rolling it home) and it was clearly my fault it was broken.
A bunch of thieves. Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life.
They clearly do not care to get any repeat business. Never buy anything here, if you have a problem you'll be completely screwed.
Silver lining, the case was a Samsonite which has an amazing warranty. A few phone calls and emailed photos later, and Samsonite had arranged for warranty replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot to choose from here mostly Samsonite.. I thought the prices were fair but we saw the exact same luggage case at winners for 50 bucks less...but we needed one right away anyway so it's all good
