This place is no better than any other ramen restaurants on Robson. 2 staff with less than 10 tables and they could not manage properly. Very cold inside and the borth gets cold fast. Ramen is over priced and the portion is relatively small. The borth is lack of character and thin even I ordered rich broth. The chashu is rubbery, too. Give it a try if there's no line up, you won't regret if you missed it.

Great tasting ramen, nice light broth. Gyoza were tastey, but could have been a little crispier for my wife's preference. Vegetarian tantan ramen was also very nice. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. They need to clean the mud that's collected by the sidewalk out front though, it smells absolutely awful.

Awesome ramen, service, atmosphere, and location. We found this gem walking down Robson Street and were impressed by the menu and chefs. We both ordered ramen of course, I got the special and my wife got the chashu. Both were awesome and you can customize it to your liking.

Pretty tasty savoury porky broth with perfectly made noodles. Fully customizable on: broth flavour, richness, spicy level, noodle firmness. I get everything medium but Light-Richness and Mild-Spice Level.

Really great ramen located on Robson so great after a day of shopping. The ramen is tasty and portion sizes are quite big. One thing that I liked was that I could really customize a lot of aspects of my ramen, so it was easy to get what I wanted. Would definitely go back again.

As someone who was born and raised in Japan and loves ramen, I've been wanting to try this place for a while. My favourite type of ramen is from Yokohama/Tokyo, but I do appreciate ramen from the west side of Japan (in this case, Fukuoka) as well. I ordered the small 'The One' and gyoza dumplings combo with seasoned beansprouts. We also ordered some grated garlic and seaweed (7 pieces of flavored seaweed for $2) on the side to go with the ramen. FYI, small has 100g of noodles and regular has 130g. Customization: Flavor - Strong Noodles - Hard Broth - Rich Chili - Medium Chashu - Original (but I recommend aburi after trying my partner's) The One The ramen was quite flavorful with a thin, chewy noodle that went well with the soup. The egg was made well with the right amount of fattiness on chashu. One of the best (if not the best) west Japan/Fukuoka style ramen I've had in Canada. Gyoza It's supposed to come with crispy wings but it was quite soggy with 0 crispyness. The dumpling itself was nice but nothing special. It was nice that they added the yuzu pepper paste on the side though. Seasoned bean sprout The combo came with a choice of salad so I chose this one. It was nice a tasty and reminded me of the seasoned bean sprout that I had at this ramen shop in Japan (although they served it for free on the table in Japan). I just wish they gave us more since it was so small. The staff was also nice and good with their service.

I ordered "The One" house special ramen, and it was excellent. The broth was very flavourful, the soft boiled egg was well seasoned, and the meat was tender. There was also a variety of customization options, which included size, noodle firmness, spicy level, flavour level, broth richness level, and how you want your chasu prepared. The dining experience was pleasant with kind and helpful staff. My only minor comment is that the broth is a tad bit too oily for my liking (I got the medium flavour). Overall, I would highly recommend giving this place a try!

Delicious broth, hearty portions and great service. They keep their offering simple (ramen and sake) and they do it well. The service was fast and friendly too. I had "The One" (regular size) and a 180ml house sake for myself. It was plenty of food and super tasty, I highly recommend it! I asked for it spicy but it was more on the mild side, if you're into spicy foods I'd ask for extra spice. The noodles were perfect and had a good bite to them. Also, don't skip the egg, it's delicious! The price is great by Vancouver standards.
