β β β β β Walked by this place many times, always lines, lucked out on a Wednesday night and got in without any wait.
Nice lively vibe, combination of a ramen and drinking crowd.
Chefs special Karage Chicken ramen good for only February was enticing but I went for their popular Tonkatsu Black ramen, partner ordered Tonkatsu 2010 thick ramen, also ordered Karage as a side dish
Ordered side dishes- spicy tuna taco, karage chicken and tempura battered brussel sprouts w/ truffle oil
Ramen broth vey flavorful, noodles nice and chewy. It was so good we had to order extra noodles & extra broth ($3 each extra)
With so many ramen places, this one stands above the rest

β β β β β Very good ramen bar, the drinks are delicious and so is the food. We had a terrific service by our waitress who took the time to explain the menu in detail. The only thing that was a tad disappointed was the amount of protein that comes standard with the soup, only two pieces of chicken. I just wish that for the price you'd get a little bit more. Other than that, the ambiance and the staff are making it worth the visit. Highly recommend that restaurant.

β β β β β I feel spoiled because Iβve never had Ramen before and this was the first time Iβve tried it.
Spicy chicken ramen with some extra fresh garlic on the side to crush on = beautiful.
It was very filling and very very very delicious. For a noodle lover like me, itβs perfect.
Warning: donβt eat extra because it may not look like a lot but those bowls are deeper than they seem.

β β β β β One of the best ramen restaurants in downtown. Instead of thick, heavy soup base like many others, I prefer their lighter chicken broth. And if you are a garlic lover like me, don't forget to ask for the all-you-can-squeeze fresh garlic!

This vegan ramen is dope and totally changed my perception of getting ramen as a takeout option!! No excessive sloshing and still piping hot and tasty!
A perfect balance of not too salt but totally yummy and flavorsome. At first, you think there isnβt sufficient broth, but then you realize its because their delicious and excellent grade noodles soak up all that yummy goodness and make a perfect soft but chewy texture to chow and slurp.
Always wanted to try the Jinya chain because of the overwhelming hype and recommendations, but I hesitated due to only one veggie or vegan option but it's a solid go-to legit!
Some additional veggie or vegan ramen options on the menu would also be rad!

β β β β β So, I am writing this review while having the meal. This is because these guys really deserve a big thumbs up for quality, service and the nice environment they serve.
The guy serving me and my wife was very pleasant. He came to explain the menu and tell us the recommendations but also his personal favor.
We went for a Black tonkotsu Ramen with a small pork chase bowl and salad on the side. That combined with a Sapporo beer really made our taste buds having a party of their own.
Definitely recommend! ? ? ?

β β β β β Highly recommend for the Fried chicken, juicy and great seasoning. Good vibes to chill and hangout. For the classic ramen black garlic oil, flavour it is good but I will give 4/5 cause the soup base is not creamy rich flavour enough. The sauna egg is great yet a bit too salty at my standard.

β β β β β We were visiting Vancouver and we saw that this restaurant was always busy and we decided to give it a try. We got to sit at the bar but that did not take away from the excellent experience. We were greeted with a nice manager that very descriptive of the choices on the menu. The food was excellent and flavourful. Taylor was our server and she was very attentive and took interest in us that made our experience superb. Thank you. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great food and experience in Vancouver.
