★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was getting ice cream take out, was just going in the store to check if there is a separate line for take out since there’s a sign to order take out separately. Than got yelled at by the staff to go back out. I tried to explain I was just trying to order takeout but he was yelling in my face to go back outside. If you can’t order take out, than don’t have a sign there to indicate order take out, even if customer went in no need to yell at them. But the ice cream was very tasty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've enjoyed the extremely spicy ramen that I've ordered but be warned, when they ask about the heat level try not to pick too high as it might be unbearable. Thank God, they had a cute, cold and yet delectable ice cream which helped alot aleviate the burn. As for the restaurant, it's clean, organized and service was fast and easy. I highly recommend you try this place out!

I am not from Vancouver. The meal my friends and I got here was my favourite meal I have eaten in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet staff, and their ramen and mazeoba is so delicious if i physically could i would eat 5 bowls. And their peach yogurt drink, tokyo milk tea both taste amazing. Went twice and it’s my fav spot!

First time come to downtown to look for yummy ramen. Location is convenient by SkyTrain. We ordered 1 Tonkotsu Ramen, 1 tomato Ramen and 1 Mazesoba. My wife likes the acidity of tomato and balance the heaviness of broth. While girl likes the richness of Tonkotsu. It is the first time I tried Mazesoba, full of favours and taste good. A bit like Tsukemen but less broth and juice. Fit the additional rice pretty well. If the hotness of broth can improve, I will rate it even higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been meaning to try Kokoro for some time after a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I finally went! We ordered the Niku Mazesoba, Spicy Mazesoba, and the chicken karaage. The mazesoba bowls are definitely really filling, we didn't need to order the karaage. The mazesoba was declious. Creamy and full of richness and plentiful toppings. We had tons of sauce leftover after finishing our noodles to mix in with the complimentary bowl of rice that you can order. Highly recommend trying the mazesoba!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba offers such a unique dining experience that everyone needs to try at least once.
Their menu is extensive and features a wide array of choices.
My personal favorite is the Chicken Karrage.
The service is great, and if you're a first timer the service people are exceptionally friendly and just want to help.
Their is a bathroom if needed.
Menu pricing is great too.
I would only suggest you transit here if you're coming, take the skytrain to Granville station. Parking I didn't trust.
I do highly recommend this place for a quick bit for a night out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is okay and the food is okay as well. Staff were really nice but it took them a long time to take our order and took me forever to find someone to ask for our bill.
Food is okay. No wow factor to the taste but it did look pretty. It wasn't bad but I guess I was expecting a lot since I saw a lot of good reviews about this place.
Might try again to give it another shot!
