When i was there the sales lady stood over me watching me like a hawk as if I am going to somehow take a bag they have locked down.
So I bought a backpack and it has lasted not even a week. I bought it on 4/20 because my backpack broke.
This one broke last night thought it would be easy to fix. Nope. No reciept was given to me even so I couldn't try to return it but from a different review they wouldn't take it anyways.
This is a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid more than 50$ for an umbrella including 1 year guaranty as salesman claimed.
After 3 weeks the joints inside the frame rusted.
When I claimed the problem they denied and refused taking any actions and told there is no guaranty.
Surprised of price I paid and the service did not get!
Wish luck for them because of their dishonesty and hope they understand customer service is more important than just sale.
I am soooo desperate!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a suitcase here two months ago, the saleswoman was so helpful, she gave me a well-organized explanation about each suitcase. She also suggested me to get items which are on sale, so I got that for a best price ever. I am pretty sure I will visit this fantastic store within a week for my summer vacation going to Mexico.
