★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeously designed shoes. Generally pretty pricey: yet there's nothing like a one-time browse (aka hour-long enamoured tour) to motivate you to save up for something comfy, durable and timeless down the road. Love it here - worth the danger of falling head over heels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall not a great experience online and in-store. Online order took over 2 weeks to arrive for pick up in store and I didn't receive an email to pick up until I followed up. Unfortunately the shoe didnt fit, so returned it in store. Staff not very friendly or welcoming in the store, will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a disappointing experience yesterday in this clothing store and it's not the first time I've walked out of this specific gravity pope disappointed. Staff here, particularly the women at the front desk are rude and condescending (with exception to a sales man who offered us help on his own initiative). There is no acknowledgment upon arrival, we were pushed past and bumped into by the sales women while they were making their way through the store as we shopped the racks without an "excuse me" or a "sorry". When asking for assistance we were treated almost as an inconvenience. Upon leaving we politely said "thank you, have a good day", the saleswoman at the front replied with an "Mmmhmm". The store is cluttered and the whole experience proved similar to last time where we felt spoken down to and received lack of help when trying to find sizes.
