★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I, completely on two separate occasions, were very rudely treated by the staff. Not all of them to be fair. One girl literally scoffed at me today. Again to be fair the Robson location is fantastic. The employees there have been absolutely kind and I can’t speak highly enough. This location has an attitude problem lol. They speak to guests like we’re beneath them… We pay you! It’s insane.
My friend went to buy a birthday present for his girlfriend and they treated him like garbage. It’s this air of superiority. You know that fake server tone? They all talk like that at West 4th. Never going here again.
Again the other locations have been great. Ambleside and Robson are fantastic and highly recommend those ones for customer service. This one honestly is horrible don’t go.

It is a popular brand so expecting low prices is not in the cards.
Think of Diesel except athletic wear mostly for women.
There was a rack for slightly discount items.
Staff is polite and efficient.
If it helps someone start an exercise plan and stick with it, then it's worth the price otherwise $$$$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asian staff who is about 5’8ish and has oranage brown hair is very unkind and when i asked for help he just said he is with a guest and ignores me. Terrible customer service. Instead of quickly guide to different staff he just ignored me and i looked for other and looked back at him. He is hugging some girl and drinking starbucks that she brought. What a customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee intimidated my 83 year old grandma outside the store.
I went in to pickup an order today. All the spots in the back had “employee parking only” except for one. I parked in that one and left my grandma in the car. Came out and threatened with a tow by employee who “claimed he was late.”
I asked him where the signs were saying no parking in that spot, and he kept saying if I ever came back he would get me towed.
Many business in Kits have backlot parking lot. The spot I parked in had no signage regarding parking restrictions.
Completely unwarranted to threaten a customer and a senior. I was in and out the store in less than 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really avoided this store for years. Afraid that I will become a person that buys $140 leggings. Sadly, I decide to give them a try and yes, they are that good. Worth the enormous amount of money they cost. These leggings truly do not move or slide no matter what I do. The staff was really friendly band helpful, and helped me find the right pair. Give them a try if you can afford it. I think they are great.
