The pants and shorts that I have bought from RYU has been great! I love how I can wear workout pants to work and not look like I'm going to the gym. The service in store has been nothing less than exceptional.
The one shirt, however, that I have bought warped in the washing process after two washes. I emailed them directly and they told me that I should have washed cold and HUNG DRY. They were offering me 50% off my next item. Just be aware that both the associates at the store and online say that you can tumble dry on low... Which is what I did. They clearly have a 50% off guarantee but they don't 100% guarantee their items. Great way to make money off their guarantee. Lululemon at least guarantees their stuff 100%.

After waiting a week for the company to respond to my inquiry I got a message back from a customer service rep named Tiffany who very rudely told me to talk to FedEx. I submitted a claim with FedEx which got denied saying I needed to deal directly with RYU. I sent another follow up request to RYU who has not responded. The customer service from the online store is beyond terrible. It has been over a month and a half and I do not have the bag I ordered, a refund for the purchase, or even a response from the company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RYU ONLINE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such good quality. I can throw their products in the washer and dryer and the material holds up great, they still look brand new a year later. Can't say the same for many brands. I love their pants, very flattering and not too long for my 5"3 height.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gear fits tailored and true to your size. I like how versatile the pants and shirts are. Being involved in sports as well as meetings often, I am able to be comfortable yet still presentable in professional clean look.
P.S. I still have a shirt from 2017 and it is in MINT Condition after so many wears. Quality lasts!

The service at this location is exceptional. Every visit has been great with welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable staff. Had a small issue with one of the sweatshirts having a slight defect and the lead sales Suza resolved the issue very professionally. She is fantastic. Called in and when I arrived in store everything was ready for me for exchange. Decided to also grab a pair of the new track pants that was previously recommended - was also ready upon arrival. Came close to closing time on Christmas eve and yet was not rushed, but instead told that they would wait for me to get to store. One of my best shopping experiences ever. Keep up the great work and thank you for the excellent service. Looking forward to getting more RYU gear at this location in the future.
