★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of stuff. I got a great experience buying a 600$ snowboard, great tips and knowledge. Went a week after for a couple of bolts to fit my bindings and they were not interested at all in helping me out….thanks for not having just a couple of snowboard bolts….. I am sure you have plenty on the storage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New to snowboarding so I needed all the gear to get me started. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the store. Chase helped me for 2 hours making sure I got all the gear I needed to go snowboarding the next day. He’s super knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I wasn’t up-sold at all, he showed me all the products that suited my level of experience. Chase even helped me carry all the gear I purchased to my car a block away. I would highly recommend this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service at all. Went to buy Van's but none of the 5 white employees who glared at me while I walked in came and asked if I need any sizes or help.
I reccomend all BIPOC to not shop here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super helpful. I went in to get my boots and the person patiently helped with all my questions and fitting. I was going to buy more expensive pair of snowboard boots at full price, and they found me last year‘s model at the outlet store for almost $200 off. I came back a week later with my girlfriend and despite being crazy busy, they helped her try on half a dozen boots, and now she has a pair she loves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited in the hopes of finding a board that didn't break the bank but could progress with me. As a average sized boarder of begginer to intermediate skill, I was worried about having limited selection in the middle of the season. I was happily proven wrong by a few different staff members who demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and industry specific insights. Everyone was very kind, overall a great experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a new snowboard at the start of season - team was knowledgeable, patient and helped me get set up. Were spot on in their recommendation, was looking for a playful board on the local mountains, and its delivered and then some! Overall, great experience and Ill be back for future boards and boots.

Bryn was the one helping me and he gave the best customer service I’ve ever had! He was super patient, knowledgeable about the products and gave his honest opinion. He took on board my exact needs and preferences, and made tailored suggestions with that in mind, but also used his extensive personal experience with the products to find the best set-up for me.
