★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible workouts every time! I have been going to F45 for years and still find the workouts challenging as there are constant class change-ups and great trainers who push you to always work harder and lift heavier. F45 and this studio are definitely a 'must-try'!

F45 Kits point is the best training for me, I really like the classes also the surprise challenges that they are adding to the class are a great way to keep me motivated.
I am really happy with the friendly environment and coaches are always helping you to push yourself. I highly recommend!

The trainers really make this place special- always positive, come around to help you with your form, make you feel welcomed from the start. On the second floor so you don't feel like people are constantly staring at you walking past at ground level. Very happy to be part of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great gym, the instructors and other participants are incredibly inviting and kind regardless of your fitness level. Workouts are fun and a great accomplishment which keeps you coming back for more.
After having two babies I was worried about being judged for my lack of fitness or weight I need to lose but I have only been met with smiling faces and encouragement - highly recommend!
