Recently I had purchased a new pair of pants that unfortunately turned out to become defective after a very short period of time. The customer service / support is outstanding and class leading in my opinion. I wasn’t made out to feel in any other way other than to be proud / loyal customer to the brand. Thank you Team Duer, keep on creating comfortable, practical & wonderful clothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fit and quality of the materials used are great. They dontnfade from washing and the service in the stores is very helpful.
My only complaint is the zippers breaking after 5-6 months on them. This has happened with every pair I have owned as well as my colleagues. I wish they would address this fail point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever feel nervous about buying trousers because you don't have the lower half of a deity then this place is wonderful. They really do a great job to make you understand the concept and their options without pressuring you to make a sale.
You can swallow the perhaps above average price for the fact it wasn't made by the hands of a horrifically underpaid Bangladeshi, plus you have a one year warrantee for repairs if wear and tear is often an issue for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found about DUER from a friend, and decided to get a pair of their water-repellent denim jeans. Their previous location was not convenient, so ended up ordering online, first the jeans, and later, a second pair. Recently, DUER moved to a new location on W4th and went to check it out. The store is spacious and merchandise is well organized, easy to identify (white label indicates women's clothing, black for men). Staff, friendly and helpful, one of the first questions asked is if one in familiar with the brand. If not, they will mention the different types of fabric with features that work for Vancouver weather, and the comfort when wearing it. Come to DUER and try a pair of pants, you'll be impressed. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality you get. Bring your face mask.

I landed on the all weather barrel pant and am so excited about them!! They are stylish enough to wear to dinner and comfy enough to wear skateboarding!!
