Bad experience. Visited on a slow night. Waited outside at the front of the line for 15 minutes while we watched 10 people leave. When we finally got let in we waited another 20 minutes while an employee helped somebody else. Then, when they were finished, they left the department to help the people who were behind us in line. We waited for another 10 minutes and nobody came to help us. Ended up leaving without buying anything and we will never go back. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely sparkling service! Very thorough, asking important questions as I brought older ski gear for updating. Service was immediate and without hesitation. Thank you for your kind and quick attention.

I was looking to buy new skis and I had a friend recommend Comor to me. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. The staff who helped fit me for boots, skis and bindings was quite rude and abrupt. He treated me as if I was stupid. He kept asking sarcastic and patronizing questions. Despite spending nearly $3000 here, the staff was all rude, not welcoming and unappreciative of business. I will take my purchase elsewhere next time and certainly not recommend to friends.

Subpar service at best. After a lengthy wait outdoors, we waited for almost 40 min inside for someone to help us with skis only to be eventually asked why we were there and told there wasn’t enough time to help us before closing. If you won’t have time to help customers, don’t ask them to wait outside and then let them in only to turn them away. The only reason I have to add another star here is for the gentleman at the door helping to direct people, he was extremely friendly and genuinely kind.

I ordered a pair of Salomon Malamutes about a month or so ago. The box was missing one of the 4 j bars included with the boots. I emailed twice and got zero response. Now that the boots are broke in, I could use that j bar. Little bummed I didn't even get a response. How about sending me a j bar or at least acknowledge my issue? Thanks!

Comor is awesome!! I went to Comor to buy my first ski touring setup. The store was very busy but after a short wait I was provided undivided attention until I had everything that I needed. Very knowledgeable and great recommendations. They helped me find the right equipment and had very fair prices. Binding adjustments were done quickly.

There is always a long line to get in, but once you are in the service is always good. I recently bought my snowboard boots from there and the staff were very helpful when I wanted to try on every boot that they had. I also had to go back in the get them heat fitted and staff were also very helpful then.

I bought a pair of Nitro Faint 2 weeks ago and went of the fitting/heat modeling today. When I enter the door, the guy asked me if I have wear my boots or not, certainly, if I did not wear my boots, I will not come for modeling, since they doesn’t fits my left foot, I will need to do it. The without ask me why I came in for the modeling, he put my insole with the boots together to the heating machine. It’s my first time to do it, and I don’t know the proper procedure, I just sit there and waiting for the machine to be done. After 10min of heating, he through back the boots to me without any instruction. I dunno if I need to wear it or not, so according to my common sense, I put them on and tight them up. Dunno how long I need to wait, I just wait it to be cool down and then I directly left the store. I drove back to Sporting life and did the fitting again. They properly took the insole out for herring, given proper instructions and lemme tight the boots up and standing on the bar to raise my toe up for cool down. And then I checked with the technician. I will definitely send these boots back for repair. If the boots puts to the heater for 10min, the stiffness is broken and it’s not as good as the original.
