If I could give zero stars I would. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They were incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns which stemmed from their incompetence and total disregard for basic communication. The disorganization within the shop led me to receive my bike three weeks late and $100 overcharged. When I raised my concerns, I was met with hostility and a total lack of accountability. I will never return nor recommend this shop to anyone I know.

Why support your local bike shop? I bought a new helmet earlier this year from More (got the bike when it was the Bike Cellar.) Had a small prob with chin strap clasp. They spent 15 min making repairs. Didn't charge me. I will shop there next time. Thank you.

Good selection (even in the pandemic), helpful knowledgable staff, no hard upsells. Went in to look at a couple specific bikes. Had a pretty good idea what I was looking for just wanted to get the fit right and ask a few questions. Questions were answered, never got steered to higher models. Very helpful in getting me into the right bike for me which I am very happy with. A bit out of my way but their website was much more informative than a lot of other shops so I was more confident going in because their inventory was up to date and there were no unpleasant surprises in regards to the bikes I came to see (well one was gone but otherwise everything the site said they had, they did). Great shop. Will be back.

They seemed nice to deal with, Tech was helpful. I reserved a bike, went in twice to talk to them and they told me they were looking for it and that they would have it built and ready in a day. Called back three times over 2 days to find out that they sold it out from under me with in that time with no explanation as w to why. Nice guys, poor communication. Wont get my business in the future.

To start off on a more positive note, I spoke to a manager who seemed very competent and friendly. However, the actual techs were not fun to deal with. They made me feel dumb, which is never fun. Not everyone can be a bike expert. That's what I'm paying for! They did technically fix my bike, I guess. But I feel like I had to put in way more work than was necessary. First inspection they didn't fix the issue so I went back and oh look, needs a new shifter, a new chain, and a few other small parts. Then when they called to let me know they were done they told me that another part probably needed replacement but I had to come in to pay for the work up until then before they would install it. You have my road bike, what's another $100? Also when I went in they hadn't installed a tube that I had paid for. It also looked like there were new chips on the paint and none of them had been covered. What took three visits should have taken one.

Kinda shocked how bad the service was here.. came in looking for a bike, a salesperson came over and I explained what I was looking for and she offered to let me take a couple for a spin. She left for five minutes without a word, came back and started helping a guy who had just walked in with his bike repairs. No word or acknowledgement that she was just helping me or that she would continue to help me. She brings the guy over the the cash and starts getting this guys info, bike details and completely just ignores me. Walked out. Waste of time. So many other bike shops.

I am really disappointed with my experience at More Bikes. I came for the first time on October 6th because my brakes suddenly gave out. I was told it was "a bit old" and that I had to change them. It cost $99. When I came home the same evening, the brakes broke again. I am not an expert in cycling, but I realized that the problem came from a small part (the one that holds the brakes) that was moving. I go back the next day showing the problem myself. They fixed it and didn't get me paid (the minimum they could do). Since then, I came back there 3 times because my bike was flat. Each time, they changed without giving me any advice or explanation, but charged me $25 each time. I am the one who finally asks why my bike breaks so often and then, they just said "the tires are probably too old". Today I went back there to explain all the story and what did they recommend? To buy another one! After spending $175 in their store in a month! I am really very dissatisfied with the lack of advice :( I feel, they were only able to fix the surface of the problem ! I don't understand why they didn't see the brake problem and then didn't tell me to change the tires for the first time. It's a second hand bike which cost me $200 few months ago: maybe it didn't deserve all these repairs, but why they didn't tell me it was better to buy another one than paying for a bike like this? This is the last time I come here. So I just put 2 stars, because the staff has been always friendly but I would have need more good advices.

Suddenly had issues with my tire on my way home and stopped in to see if they could help. They were able to fix it up in just a few minutes which I was so grateful for! I’m sure my timing was a bit lucky as I know it can get busy at this time of year with servicing, but it was so nice to be able to get back in the road fast! Thank you More Bikes.
