took a spill on my bike today and need a few things fixed, these guys had it done in 30 mins.
Paul is fantastic and all staff were compassionate and helpful after they saw the condition of my bike and I.
I will be back and I highly recommend checking this bike shop out.
Affordable and fantastic service. Cheers guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristan was able to help me with an old STROMER I had been struggling with. The shop I bought it from was inept with regards to warranty and repair. I dropped the bike off with Tristan who was able to connect with Stromer. Get the bike up and running. Ensure that Stromer was able to support the bike even though it was past warranty from Stromer all because the shop I bought it from was hopeless. I thought I had a dead bike....nothing more then a paper weight with wheels. What Tristan was able to do in one day was more then the shop I bought it from failed to accomplish in 3 months. I would highly recommend Tristan at Reckless!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived early in the morning with a flat tire and was greeted by lovely Erica who acknowledged my issue and swiftly connected me with the mechanic on duty Matthew! 15-20 mins later Erica calls me to let me know my bike is ready! I cannot say enough about how accomodating and helpful both Erica and Matthew were! I would recommend this shop to all my friends in a heartbeat. Very impressive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Just moved into neighbourhood and was a bit nervous about getting work done on my pricy Italian road bike. The staff were great and the bike mechanics obviously know their stuff. Next day service and fabulous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no reason to give reckless cycle less than five stars. I brought my box. My new bike. And they built it. Tuned it up. And it runs and works perfectly. As it should. They called me when it was ready. And were able to hold it for two days as I was unable to pick it up. No issues whatsoever.
They also charged my battery, so thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Marin bike in 2010 from Reckless on Fir st. I visited time to time for tuning up my bicycle until Dec 2019.
My recent visit was tuning up my Trek bike bought only in 2020. But I had left it outside over six months under a stairs. The chain and cassette became rusty, needed to be replaced. The bike mechanic at Reckless on Fir street has done excellent job!
